The dasher that comes in a bottle of Angostura bitters puts out a rather generous dash to say the least. It's more of a fire hose. For a more accurate measure you might try a bulb dropper or a pipette.

I go with the reccomendation in the measures and measuring page. 12 drops = 1 dash.
