Thanks Simon for another wonderful rum cocktail. I was out of cachaca so I use clairin. It is a bit higher in proof and with a bit more funk, but the cocktail was wonderful.
Great for a warm summer night.

Used muddled mango instead of puree and muddled a chili because I had only regular mango syrup. Still excellent. Absolutely loved the drink. Refreshing and fruity yet still complex and tart.

Summer in a glass. The mangoes are just now appearing on our fruiterer's shelves. This will be on high rotation in our household this Spring and Summer. Bravo.
