Glass:

Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
12 oz Cachaça
12 oz Monin Spicy Mango Syrup
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Mango purée
3 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of mango wedge.
  3. RIM glass with Tajín seasoning (moisten outside edge with lime or orange juice and drip into Tajín).

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with mango wedge on rim.

Summer in a glass. The mangoes are just now appearing on our fruiterer's shelves. This will be on high rotation in our household this Spring and Summer. Bravo.
