Parfait Amour varies from one brand to the next but usually made with rose blossom, vanilla and almond. As the name suggests, creme de violet is flavoured with violet. (Sorry I missed your first comment, Lee.)
Hi Simon. I’m embarrassed to ask the question but if you don’t know you don’t know! What’s the difference between Parfait Amour and Creme de Violette? Thanks.
Violet is not a dominant flavour in parfait amour - which I think tastes more like rose + vanilla. Creme de Violette has a very strong floral taste, it is more subtle in parfait amour.
