Yeah, this is firmly on my favourites list. Love the sweet-dry balance and herbal depth. A bit like a cognac version of an affinity, one of my other faves!

Ooh that Affinity looks really good! Which vermouth amaro do you recomend. I do like Cocchi's Teatro.

Yeah same. Not that I’ve tried many others. Dopo Teatro is amazing! Regular sweet vermouth also works.
