Toffee Negroni
There's no toffee in this "Toffee Negroni" in the same way there's no coffee in the "Coffee Cocktail" yet both drinks are aptly named and delicious

Rhum Barbancourt 8 | Don Benigno ... definitely a better rum choice, much more clarity from the grapes and crispiness from the aperol. 4 stars

I made this with El Dorado 8 before I saw your comment. I happen to have Rhum Barbancourt 8 on hand, and tried it next, but I felt it pulled into the background compared to the El Dorado... Not sure which I like more, because the El Dorado added some dimension, while the Rhum Barbancourt seemed to compliment the other ingredients more... Interesting variation, nonetheless.
