Everything about this Cocktail seems so wrong - but it is not wrong. Egg-white without acid and no sweetener at all. Also not on crushed ice for dilution. But, I tried it and it works well. The egg-white did not provide any foam, just texture. It works just as it is. This same recipe was on a " Make and Drink" Video and came from an old book.
