Laphroaig Oak Select and Cynar. Too much of the latter. Lean more toward the sweeter sect and this could be better than ok.

It's scotch and amaro. Delicious but not too dissimilar from a bitter Rusty Nail.

Made it with Laphroaig and it is a great snifter! Has incredible nose.

Agreed. Laphroaig 10 worked really well for this. Well balanced. Incredibly simple recipe with a wonderfully complex result.
