Interesting cocktail - the flavors from a dry martini - dry gin botanicals, dry vermouth herbs and spices - but with a notable candy sweetness (rich sugar syrup) that carries a hint of Earl Grey flavor.

I made this with some Smoky Earl Grey tea I had from Fortnum & Masons (I know!) and it was so good. I added some lemon juice as personally I think it needs it go help the Earl Grey flavour. The smoke really blends well with the gin and Earl Grey.
