I was wondering what the answer to Nathalie O'Flynn's question as I have the same question and the response is not posted ?

It's a recipe by way of Absolut and it uses the half fresh passion fruit flesh to provide tartness to help balance the rich vanilla syrup and passion fruit puree (which also is sweetened with approx 10% added sugar).
