I was wondering what the answer to Nathalie O'Flynn's question as I have the same question and the response is not posted ?

It's a recipe by way of Absolut and it uses the half fresh passion fruit flesh to provide tartness to help balance the rich vanilla syrup and passion fruit puree (which also is sweetened with approx 10% added sugar).

Being a Pornstar Martini fan I really like the sound of this one. Just one small confusion, there is 25ml of passion fruit puree going in, but half of a passion fruit should also be scoopped out and go in ? Thanks

Thanks, that makes sense just wanted to make sure, and I would prefer a bit of tartness in it. That's one for the end of the year holiday (won't mention the word Xmas)

Tart fresh passion fruit helps with balance but I will re-try!
