Lacking orange marmalade I tweaked the recipe with Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla and posted it under the name "Paddingtons Friend".

Very interesting combination, in a good way. I did find it a bit sweet, but that will also depend on the marmalade you are using. Would make again.

totally delicious, what more can i say, except yes please i will have another
