Blackberry pie (with a nice helping of spices) in a glass. Sweet but not cloying, the spice making me think of upcoming autumn.

I’ve just made this with Calvados instead of cognac (because I don’t have any cognac at the moment, but I do have a lot of freshly picked blackberries) - apple and blackberry is a classic combination and I’d definitely recommend it here, although it doesn’t fit as well with the name!
