St. George Botanivore, Cocchi Americano, Luxardo Bitter Bianco, and Fever Tree Light Tonic... Pretty solid. I would not turn one down.

Big agree. Just made a double. Squeezed it into a 16oz glass. What's your take on the Botanivore gin? St. George makes a great pear brandy.

A simpler version exists with Lillet as bianco.
