The Windsor Jewel
Created specifically for this Beefeater Crown Jewel gin competition. Inspired by The Last Word cocktail, and I love Rhubarb so it had to be in there

Very good (as a Rhubarb liqueur lover myself)! If you find it a little too tart just back off the lime a touch - overall very balanced and a nice change from the stable of Gin Sour riffs.
