This is GREAT!
Great beginning, you get the Bianco in the middle and a pineapple finish. It's a wonderful ride!
A good herbal-ly martini. Simple sipper.
Great little cocktail here! Gin hits in front, followed by the Amaretto, then coffee, then the salt stays at the end. It's a nice long finish!
Very good (as a Rhubarb liqueur lover myself)! If you find it a little too tart just back off the lime a touch - overall very balanced and a nice change from the stable of Gin Sour riffs.
It's boring - the orange juice doesn't cut through the bianco and adding more would dilute the drink. I see everyone else is trying "anything" to bring something to it. Maybe try Cointreau to add some more orange-y flavor?
Yummy and interesting! It's pretty cool how the dry vermouth does something different at the end of the sip than bitters would have. It's a new sensation and really neat.
This is a fantastic drink! Not as boozy as a traditional martini yet interesting to martini drinkers. Even shaken it's clear in the glass and the lime zest is the perfect finish to brighten up the elderflower liqueur.
