Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
34 oz Elderflower liqueur
14 oz Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur)
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving
Read about cocktail measures and measuring

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime zest twist.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Express lime zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Had to substitute the green Chartreuse with Italicus, and it works a treat.

Beautiful, especially with the Green Chartreuse, although added 7.5ml simple syrup (as the other half likes 'slightly' sweeter cocktails).

Absolutly flawless! Not as in your face as The Last Word (which I love) indeed elderflower makes this work. Chartreuse Verte's subtle presence can not be overlooked; it's just enough. S××t if everybody made these instead of the last word, we probably wouldn't have a chartreuse shortage!

I found the elderflower to be overly dominant, which I don’t really like.

Add half a shot of green melon Midori and half shot sugar syrup and it becomes a Bijou swamp water cocktail. Garnish with green lolly frog or snake on a bamboo stick sitting above the swamp
