Split the base with Rum Bar and rhum agricole… can’t go wrong.

Had some prosecco left over from Apertivo the other night…. This was WAAAYYYY better than the aperol spritz!
Too sweet for my taste, but with the sugar dialed back it was a great night cap
Made with Bombay… maybe I don’t like Bombay.
Gin, Fino sherry, Lemon juice, Bianco/blanco vermouth, Pineapple oleo saccharum
Rum 10+ year old , Amaro (e.g. Averna), Banana skin oleo, Cardamom bitters
Refreshing! Subbed in Empress rosemary & elderflower gin and a slice of orange. I’d have that a brunch without question!
1/4 oz of orange curacao is a nice addition
I will up the rum to a full ounce next time. A lot of orgeat, but surprisingly not too sweet. Very good drink.
Mustache Ride (from Amaro) reduce bourbon to 1.5 and add 0.5 of Cynar; flop lime for lemon.
Aged rum (6-10yr), Coffee liqueur, Pedro Ximénez sherry, Vermouth alla vaniglia
I like it just fine as described, but it is borderline too sweet for me. I added 1/2 oz rye and it is a more balanced cocktail to my taste.
Added cardamom bitters and it’s even better
To my tastes, this is much better than a jungle bird. The aperol plays better with the pineapple then the campari
Nice beverage! I swapped the chartreuse for genepy and I like it a bit more.

Bright and boozy! I’d drink this at brunch or after dinner and be happy!
