Lemon zest twist
How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|1 fl oz||Kirschwasser (cherry) eau-de-vie|
|1/2 fl oz||Lillet Blanc (or other aromatized wine)|
|5/12 fl oz||Pedro Ximénez sherry|

Kirschwasser, aromatised wine and sherry sit together harmoniously. I amended, to reduce the volume of serve and make a dad drier in January 22. The previous recipe, served in a coupe: 60ml kirschwasser, 30ml aromatised wine, and 30ml PX sherry.
