Thanks for bringing this back to my attention. I have some really nice akvavit so might see if I can fettle something along the lines of this recipe.

So Simon says (i'm laughing out loud if you get the joke) to paraphrase; the Kümmel has a lot more flavor than the Water of Life. I wasn't sure how to spell Akvaveete.

Yah as usual with anything slightly unusual I had to buy online, and could only find one lonesome brand available here 🙄. And I suspect it’s not the best example of its kind, tho I haven’t tried others to compare - I like caraway flavour, but was broadly underwhelmed by this product. Good luck with your hunt for Fine and Rare Spirits!
