Review:
Intended to be the last drink of the night on Christmas Eve/Day, or indeed any night when you desire a cocktail to transport you to a comfy chair beside a warming fire.
History:
Created on a beautifully warm blue-skied summer's evening in June 2022 by yours truly at the Clocktower in Rye, England. As I said, this is a transportive cocktail. Open fires are optional.
I've since discovered there is a cocktail named "The Kummel Ye Faithful" (made with equal parts gin, kummel, and cream) in the 1929 book Judge Jr. Here's How Again!.
