Sadly looks like Collectif 1806 is no more so I have removed references and links. Many thanks for bringing this to my attention.

Simon, in case you'd like to add it, I found a link to an archived version of the 1916 1st edition of Hugo R. Ensslin's Recipes for Mixed Drinks.
