I used Bacardi Carta Blanca, Lillet Blanc, di Amore Amaretto. Maybe I didn't give this much of a chance? The lemon-amaretto flavor is dessert/sorbet-like and front and center. Fresh and fruity flavors. I could see wanting to try this again with an actual bianco. But this could be a crowd pleaser with the ingredients I used anyway. (20 Feb 2022, 4:19p)
