I love what the dry sherry adds to this Daiquiri, but given the addition of salt perhaps manzanilla sherry would have been more appropriate than fino?...

I used sugar syrup as suggested. And the pinch of salt did its job perfectly(enhance flavors) . I havent tried manzanilla sherry. Overall great drink. Salud?from mexico
