Don’t much about him myself. Never meet your heroes? Talented ppl may or may not be nice ppl I guess. I’m currently reading biography of Tolkien - more my style 😃

Not to mention talented artist and gifted scholar! I don’t think people are aware how influential he was in his academic field, as well as effectively inventing the modern genre of fantasy fiction.
