Just recently mixed up my first one and now I know why it is as famous as it is. One substitution; serve in a Mason Jar.

I prefer a 3232. 3cl bourbon, 2cl triple sec, 3cl lemon, 2cl simple and top with soda.

I thought this one is named after home town of Jack Daniell's distillery so how comes your recipe is not including Jack? Also Cointreau is most common as triple sec. Official Jack Daniell's website is also using different measurement for ingridients. I'm wodnering are the other recipes on the website also just your variation rather than original recipe?

If you find a recipe here, you can just "Google" the original recipe. In most cases it is referred that recipes are adapted.

If you log in (top right of page) you can select the brands you want to display for generic categories in the recipes on this site. e.g. Jack Daniel's for Tennessee whiskey and Cointreau for triple sec. And yes, this cocktail is named after the town of Lynchburg as I state in history above.
