It's very simple and really nice. But as John Hinojos says, you've got to like Absinthe! Or it's no go.

Enjoyed it but agree with the higher absinthe to Water ratio !

I really like absinthe, and this a quick version of the water/sugar spoon method. Nice mix of flavours. I may do a bit more absinthe or a little less water. Even as written, very good, but you must ike absinthe.
