My goodness this is delicious. It comes across as anise with apple caramel. Dangerous but in a very good way.

What a great after-dinner drink. We left out the additional sugar syrup and egg white (not a fan). It was wonderful. Good blend of Cognac and orange with just the hint of absinthe.
