I managed to snag a bottle of GC again and couldn’t be happier. Not a big fan of Beefeater, so I made with Aviation instead. It was sublime.

Great suggestion Steve. I recently ran out of Genepy and have been using Liquore Strega as an effective Chartreuse substitute.
