Daiquiri Elixir
Freshly pressed sugar cane syrup and the French elixir, Chartreuse, add complexity to the classic Daiquiri

Any ideas about substituting the cane syrup for a similar sweetness level? Unfortunately it’s not available in my area, but not sure which would be the best stand-in syrup — simple, rich, agave, etc.
