Daiquiri Elixir
Freshly pressed sugar cane syrup and the French elixir, Chartreuse, add complexity to the classic Daiquiri

I have just been given a bottle of Elixir Vegetal and this is my first cocktail using it. I’m not sure the elixir doesn’t overwhelm the chartreuse, perhaps my dash was too generous. Nonetheless this is a lovely drink. I am just about to mix myself an encore.
