Totally agree, I’m having an evening full of planes it seems and this is almost as good as the paper variety but not quite. Two probably silly questions, I’m using my Cynar for these, that is an amaro right? Also why are they all 22.5ml equal parts? I’m doing 25 ml and damn the consequences 🤣

Yup, Cynar is an amaro. It's basically a catch-all term for all Italian bitter liqueurs. Most of them aren't really replaceable by each other so I'm not sure why we lump them together but that's the way it is. Regarding the measures I do the same thing. As long as the proportions stay the same I say to hell with it. 😂
