A wonderfully floral and complex margarita-style tipple. All the ingredients hold their own; we didn't expect the sherry to come through as it does (we subbed in a Fino). Worth getting some lychee liqueur for alone.

Like a fancy niche gourmand perfume! Decided to drink it instead of dabbing it on my Pulse points. Good choice!

We reduced the Elderflower liqueur to 10ml, to give room for the Lychee liqueur. Perverse as we are, we're going to go with an Anejo next time...who knows?
