Cocchi Americano Bianco (pronounced: 'coke-ey ameri-kano) is based on white wine from Italy's Piedmont region wine which is fortified and then 'aromatised'...
Cocchi Americano is definitely a favorite. I slightly prefer spirit-based liqueurs as the shelf life is longer. For vermouth or Cocchi, I store in the fridge, but even then it is important to use relatively quickly. Some favorite drinks that use Cocchi Americano: Cocchi Irlandese, Vesper, Corpse Reviver #2. Really, you can add it to any drink to cut the sweetness and add a little bitter goodness.
