As a gin lover, I really enjoy a Broken Plane:

0.75 oz Hendrick’s Gin
0.75 oz Drillaud Elderflower Liqueur
0.75 oz Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
0.75 oz fresh Lemon juice

Shake hard, double strain, serve up
