It is my favorite white Rum for Cocktails. I have used Barcardi Carta Blanca before, but the Plantation 3 Stars is in a different league. It has much more flavour and Character. It integrates lovely with other ingrediants.

IMHO it has a bit more specific flavours than Bacardi, but not too much, so it blends very well in all types of cocktails.
