Albemarle Fizz
Light, fluffy and fruity. Like drinking gin-laced Angel Delight

Quite nice, but not as exciting as the Bird of Paradise Gin Fizz. I guess it's the gin and the orange blossom water. I do have to say I used 1 fresh raspberry and 20 ml of raspberry syrup (fresh and cold process) instead.

Absolutely delish, a fun drink.

Something is off with this recipe. The volume is not right for the type of glass. Filling my glass with ice fixed it, quite yummy!

By shake ALL ingredients, you mean shake ALL but the soda water, correct?

My apologies, Kevin. Should have said "shake first 5 ingredients". I've now corrected.
