This one has a rich orange center that's somehow balanced by a bit of Campari and the herbal flavors of the vermouth. The rhum got out of the way and yet it was present. Curious how it would taste with the Agricole based orange liqueur ( I used Dry Curaçao).

This tastes nothing like a Negroni. Even better, it is elegant in a way that a Negroni could never be (we love a Negroni but not for its elegance). We made two, one to share sipping and the other to throw over our favourite vanilla ice cream topped with passionfruit.
