How is this liqueur crystal clear when it is made of cherries?

Hi Jan, after the cherries (stalks and all) have been infused with alcohol, the infusion is matured in Larch wood vats and then distilled - resulting in a clear liquid - before being rested in Finnish ash wood vats and then blended with sugar and water.
