Baby Blue Cocktail
Easy drinking, fruity gin. Depending on your blue curaçao and juices, this cocktail may end up more aquamarine than baby blue

I immediately riffed on this; 3-4 turns... this was pleasing: 40 ml Rutte gin, 30 ml white grapefruit juice fresh pressed, 20 ml Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao, 10 ml pineapple juice, 2 drops 4:1 saline... Anyway, I'm working on it. The above recipe was too pineapple heavy and fruity-sweet. Trying to wrangle it in.

Like a lightly fruity Martini. A hint of a tiki drink, but nicely balanced.
