Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
34 oz Bols Blue Curaçao
13 oz Grapefruit juice (white/yellow)
56 oz Pineapple juice
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

I immediately riffed on this; 3-4 turns... this was pleasing: 40 ml Rutte gin, 30 ml white grapefruit juice fresh pressed, 20 ml Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao, 10 ml pineapple juice, 2 drops 4:1 saline... Anyway, I'm working on it. The above recipe was too pineapple heavy and fruity-sweet. Trying to wrangle it in.

Like a lightly fruity Martini. A hint of a tiki drink, but nicely balanced.
