I prefer this with a few drops of 20:80 saline and either mezcal or a split base of reposado and mezcal. I upped the grenadine slightly since blended free dine is less concentrated than cooked grenadine.

Saline solution is a good call, and I've added this to the recipe ahead of revisiting next time I have fresh pomegranates to hand.
