I don't normally make drinks with egg whites but we had a bunch of freshly separated whites so I tried this. Used 8 raspberries and Chambord instead of sugar syrup so it was really fruity. My wife liked the pink foam but all that shaking, pouring and straining makes tiki drinks look simple in comparison. Bartenders should charge extra for this drink!
