Why do say to shake this when it has no egg white or juice in it? Shouldn't it be stirred? It was very good by the way, but I stirred it.

Some cocktails benefit from the aeration and dilution that comes from shaking.

This one fell a bit flat for me, the pisco overpowered the cognac and creme de cacao. Not bad, but I would rather just drink the pisco as is.
