Darn! Wish I’d read this before I’d made the first one - the bitters are a perfect addition. We just need Mr Difford to pop up now and agree and edit it, so I don’t have to remember tobread the comments next time.

I tried with grapefruit bitters, but unusually, I prefer without bitters. I did decide it benefits from saline, so I've added a few drops.
