Delivery information and pricing.
Most Difford's Guide shop orders are delivered by Parcelforce, who will send you tracking information once your order has been placed. You can keep up to speed with exactly where your item is by downloading the Parcelforce app.
Alcohol items are delivered only to UK Mainland destinations.
Standard delivery is £4.97* for deliveries to Mainland UK.
Next and named day delivery is £6.95* and is available for Mainland UK (Parcelforce Zone 1) orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
*The shipping rate for Saturday deliveries and to postcodes in Parcelforce UK Zone 2 and Zone 3 is higher, and this will be shown during the checkout process.
Other delivery charges depend on the destination country, and prices are shown during the checkout process.
Tax & duties: UK sales tax (VAT) is included in sales to the UK and the EU. It is not included in sales to any other country but please be aware that, in these countries, you will be liable for payment of any tax &/or import duty applied by your own government/state.
All orders must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If no one of that age is at the address when the delivery is attempted your items may be retained by the driver. When your items arrive, it is important that you check immediately the condition and quantity. If your items have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and immediately contact us so that we may dispatch a replacement quickly and minimise your inconvenience.
