How to make:
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain in to a chilled martini glass.
45 ml | Monkey 47 gin |
22.5 ml | Grapefruit juice (ruby red) |
7.5 ml | St-Germain elderflower liqueur |
15 ml | Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur |
Notes:
The hint of floral elderflower just lifts this nicely balanced cocktail accentuating the notes of this fantastic gin.
