I have been involved in nearly every aspect of the drinks industry, from retail and wholesale to importing and brand creation. I founded CLASS Magazine (1997), worked on the creation and launch of St-Germain elderflower liqueur (2007), created London Cocktail Week (2010), and our Easy Jigger® (2020). But my main achievement is Difford's Guide®, where I appear in cocktail recipes as "by yours truly".
