This cocktail deserves more attention. Elderflower can really overpower a drink, especially at this quantity. But the other strong and bright elements of this cocktail keep it perfectly in check. Cointreau is the right choice here as well. One of my all time faves.
I really like the sour/bitter kick to this. It's like a more refined Vesper.
