Now, being a displaced Montana cowboy living in Florida, I had to try this. Forget the bitters! I followed the recipe right up to the optional bitters and simply scrapped a little orange zest on the surface. Wonderful, if I do say so.

I found that counting drops of bitters was a better method. Tried 5, then 10 and settled on 10 drops.
This is a classic cocktail! Well constructed and savory! Try it and do not look back!!
